Silver Plan
For a low fee of $28 per month comes the peace of mind knowing that your home is in good hands.
On the Silver Plan, you receive:
Electrical
Once per year, Pluger Mechanical will:
*Inspect breaker box
*Check smoke and C/O detectors
*Test outlets (GFCI), switches, and lights
*Service Generac Generator (once per year, $10 additional fee per month)
Plumbing
Once a year, Pluger Mechanical will:
*Change whole house water filter
*Check operation and hardness of water softener
*Check all sink stops for leaks
*Check toilets for leaks and proper functioning
*Sump Pump
HVAC
Twice a year, Pluger Mechanical will:
*Check and clean furnace and A/C
*Verify correct operation
*Change thermostat batteries (if needed)
*Check water heater
Gold Plan
Want to ensure you do not have high HVAC repair costs? This membership plan is for you!
For $65 per month, the Gold Plan includes all of the maintenance items that are listed in the Silver Plan, and also includes:
*HVAC equipment 15 years and newer are offered a no service call and no parts charge. This includes gas boilers, hydronic system services, and mini splits.
